- MEMichelle EckartMay 18, 20245.0Melissa in the office was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. We weren’t in any hurry to have things done but was provided a date within the same week. I felt comfortable before their techs even came out to my home to provide service. Will was the tech that showed up bright and early along with James. Will called with a heads up to let me know they were on their way. He was very knowledgable as he’s been doing this for 25 years and it showed! He reviewed our system with us and helped us to better understand how it works and proper maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. The time was even taken when digging up the grass and replacement. We will be calling Shelley’s next time and requesting Will again. Great customer service!!
- CSChris SSep 13, 20223.0Update: actually the pipe had an upturn that had been previously cut poorly so it clogged again. Another company came out and fixed the clog, but also sawed it off smoothly so it wouldn't occur again. That was a better solution and it would have been nice if that had been done the first time. I did call to discuss and was given excuses, "they don't have tools on their trucks". If that's true, they could have mentioned that it needed to be done to prevent further issues ... They came same day and we're on time. Will and Aaron did a great job and quickly solved my septic backup issues!
