Disappointed, had the same tech out 3 weeks ago to look at the same issue that I was having today, he couldn't find any cause at that time. Today he came back, found a few issues, needed $800 in repairs and replacements. I passed. Additionally, both times the home office gave excuses on why they were running late. The first appointment I waited over 3 hours for the tech to arrive (they had to send another tech), today was the full 2 hour time frame for him to arrive. Will be looking for a new HVAC company. Their quote for a new HVAC system was double the other quotes I received.
Damon was very polite. He was unaware he was to install a Tesla charger. We have to have you come back for the installation. Having had several chargers installed over the years, price was much higher than expected. He did inform us the job required two techs to fun 40’ of wire
I usually don’t post any reviews however, Gilbert was exceptional! He called prior with an ETA and upon his arrival he introduced himself, was kind and cordial and went straight to work. He asked a few questions in regard’s to the issue of my A/C unit to further understand what was going on (severe clogged A/C drain line). After resolving the issue Gilbert checked the air handler, air flow, capacitor, etc just to make sure everything was running smoothly. But, most importantly he wanted to make sure the drain line was clear since the unit was inoperable for two days. Thank you so much Gilbert for your service!

I'm glad that Strada is requesting a review. However, I still don't think a 1-star rating truly reflects the quality of this company. About a year ago, I made a big mistake trusting them to install our whole house water filtration system, which cost me over $3,000. From the start, it was obvious they used very cheap materials. Within two weeks, we began noticing leaks inside and under the cabinets. Despite multiple calls, showing them videos, and their promises to return and fix or replace it, they never followed through. Recently, a major leak from the faucet they installed flooded my entire kitchen. When I called, they said the system was no longer under warranty because it had been installed months ago. After explaining the situation, they promised a supervisor would contact me, but I never got a call back. A technician finally came four days later, inspected the system, and said they would return with a solution, yet that was ten days ago. My wife has contacted them multiple times, but they keep ignoring us. In the end, I had to hire another company to prevent further damage to the cabinets. Honestly, the company's accountability is nonexistent. There are many other companies out there that I strongly recommend you avoid Strada.
