  We love our new Kinetco water softener system! From start to finish everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. Our installer was fantastic and did an awesome job getting our system set up and running in no time!! We will definitely be referring Kinetico Quality Water of Polk County!

  There was an unforeseen incident that happened during my installment process, but the General Manager handled the problem immediately. Kinetics has great customer service!

  Got Kinetico water system filtration for my whole house. Live in Davenport and couldn’t believe the extremely, huge difference it makes to my water. Drinking water tastes DELICIOUS! And showers leaves my family’s skin feeling so soft and sparkly clean. Dishes and pans look cleaner and I use much less detergent @my laundry, I can feel the difference just touching at my clothes. Happy I chose Kinetico. Maintenance i think is really easy. Would had really appreciated if the vendor had given me a courtesy call to confirm with me how the installation and aftermath went. That’s the only reason I don’t give 5 ⭐️. I will definitely recommend the company, but not the vendor, and he would not know about this review bc I certainly use a different name here. Im a happy KINETICO’s client. Thank you.
