It was our first time with Iceberg Services and the magic man from Iceberg quickly solved our problem. Johnny immediately knew what the problem was and unscrewed a clogged filter that needed to be replaced. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and HONEST. He explained the problem and it's solution as well as the need to have extra filters on hand for all our sinks for future incidents. I say Johnny was quick because it took him just a couple minutes to diagnose the problem. I say he was honest because he didn't even charge us for the call! His truck was at the neighbor's house next door, and we asked if he had time to check our sink. He refused payment from us but his company, Iceberg Services, will get our future repair calls as well as us recommending Johnny to all our friends and neighbors. I highly recommend Johnny and Iceberg Services for all your plumbing needs.
