After a couple of meetings,discussing our needs, price point and location, Mary was able to show us several different models that Richmond American Homes had to offer. We actually did a walk-through of four different models All were two-story homes. A two story home was our primary consideration because I did require a loft for my personal interest and I needed a lanai that was suitable for my wife for her relaxation. She likes being outdoors. Mary helped us to narrow it down to two different floor plans. The first one was the Moonstone.The second was the Tourmaline and we went with the Tourmaline at Annabelle Estates Mary helped us secure our Tourmaline from the beginning straight to closing without any problems. We are very pleased with how she guided us through the process and was attentive and listened to what our concerns were and we would recommend her for anyone looking for a home for rent or purchase.She's top notch and she gets the highest rating a person can get in my book.
