  I am getting ready to close on a townhome for my client in Parkview at Hamlin with Allie Raposo. This experience has been nothing short of positive for myself and my client… Yesterday we had a virtual walk-through with Gus, which isn’t always easy and he nailed it. Allie has gone back-and-forth with her managers several times to make sure everything is perfect by closing. thank you so much, I will be recommending Parkview at Hamlin to every client I can bring in. The location is perfect and the builder is fantastic.

  I almost never write reviews, but Ashton Woods deserves this one. I just closed on my first home and what should’ve been a dream turned into a massive disappointment. I was sold on a specific kitchen design, the one that made me fall in love with the house in the first place. I asked the saleswoman multiple times to confirm I’d be getting exactly that design. Every time, she reassured me I would. Fast forward to closing day, and the kitchen I walked into looks nothing like what I was promised. The materials are cheaper, the finishes are downgraded, and the overall look is completely different. It’s not a minor detail, it changes the entire feel of the home. The kitchen was supposed to be the showpiece, but what I got looks like they cut every corner possible. Ashton Woods markets themselves as a premium builder, but my experience has been anything but. The trust is gone. I worked hard for this home, and instead of feeling proud and excited, I feel deceived and disappointed. If you’re thinking about buying from Ashton Woods, don’t trust a word they say unless it’s in writing. Triple-check every single finish, because they’ll smile, promise you the world, and hand you something that looks like it came from the discount bin.
