  I am getting ready to close on a townhome for my client in Parkview at Hamlin with Allie Raposo. This experience has been nothing short of positive for myself and my client… Yesterday we had a virtual walk-through with Gus, which isn’t always easy and he nailed it. Allie has gone back-and-forth with her managers several times to make sure everything is perfect by closing. thank you so much, I will be recommending Parkview at Hamlin to every client I can bring in. The location is perfect and the builder is fantastic.

  I almost never write reviews, but Ashton Woods deserves this one. I just closed on my first home and what should’ve been a dream turned into a massive disappointment. I was sold on a specific kitchen design, the one that made me fall in love with the house in the first place. I asked the saleswoman multiple times to confirm I’d be getting exactly that design. Every time, she reassured me I would. Fast forward to closing day, and the kitchen I walked into looks nothing like what I was promised. The materials are cheaper, the finishes are downgraded, and the overall look is completely different. It’s not a minor detail, it changes the entire feel of the home. The kitchen was supposed to be the showpiece, but what I got looks like they cut every corner possible. Ashton Woods markets themselves as a premium builder, but my experience has been anything but. The trust is gone. I worked hard for this home, and instead of feeling proud and excited, I feel deceived and disappointed. If you’re thinking about buying from Ashton Woods, don’t trust a word they say unless it’s in writing. Triple-check every single finish, because they’ll smile, promise you the world, and hand you something that looks like it came from the discount bin.

  Pros: Gus is an amazing project manager. He's honest, helpful, and fixes any issues no questions asked. His team is thorough and they completed everything on time. Allie is amazing. Sales process was smooth and easy. Cons: Nothing to note. I always heard good things about Ashton Woods but now I know I wouldn't go with any other builder.

  Me encanta Parkview at Hamlin. La ubicación es perfecta, con todo cerca: tiendas, restaurantes y actividades para toda la familia. Estos townhomes de Ashton Woods tienen un diseño hermoso y acabados de calidad que de verdad se notan. El ambiente es tranquilo, seguro y muy familiar. Si buscas vivir en Winter Garden con comodidad y estilo, este es el lugar!!!
