- SVShirley VolkNov 11, 20251.0I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very dishonest in fulfilling the time frame when generator would be installed. It was supposed to have been 3-4 months and it was a year before everything was installed correctly. My husband passed away during the time we were waiting and after that it was like they continued to tell me different things such as they were waiting for permit because it had expired but I called and talked with the city and was told all they had to do was pay $25 and they could get permit reissued. Micheal was very deceptive. Never have I done business with such unprofessional and deceptive people.

- RCRalph ConteNov 6, 20215.0I have a 50 KW commercial grade home standby generator. It needed a new transfer switch among a few other malfunctioning items with the Genset. I bought the unit 14 years ago from Caterpillar. The unit was made in Spain and no one new much about the unit. Michael the service tech from Complete Power Resources was able to provide a transfer switch which he had to retrofit other component parts to adapt to the transfer switch to make it compatible with my unit. He is a brilliant technician and was able to get my generator up and running like it was a new unit. I highly recommend Complete Power Resources and Michael to handle any of your standby generator needs. Thank you Michael and Amanda for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.
