  I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very dishonest in fulfilling the time frame when generator would be installed. It was supposed to have been 3-4 months and it was a year before everything was installed correctly. My husband passed away during the time we were waiting and after that it was like they continued to tell me different things such as they were waiting for permit because it had expired but I called and talked with the city and was told all they had to do was pay $25 and they could get permit reissued. Micheal was very deceptive. Never have I done business with such unprofessional and deceptive people.

  Very disappointed in complete power resources after a year of having my generator put in and wired incorrectly we are still having issues of no start up on the weekly basis as scheduled due to many different problems. Power outage this week no generator started. After calling complete it will take four days to get here because the schedule is booked. So unfortunately, after spending about $17,000 on the home generator, it has never worked once for me.

  Met with Michael about 2 weeks ago and contracted a Whole house generator. The installers came today, already…only 2 weeks + -. Finished the complete install(less the gas) in about 6 hours which also entailed two transfer switches. They got here on time, very well organized, neat and clean and very professional. There was ZERO trash or debris left over. Super happy thus far.

  I have a 50 KW commercial grade home standby generator. It needed a new transfer switch among a few other malfunctioning items with the Genset. I bought the unit 14 years ago from Caterpillar. The unit was made in Spain and no one new much about the unit. Michael the service tech from Complete Power Resources was able to provide a transfer switch which he had to retrofit other component parts to adapt to the transfer switch to make it compatible with my unit. He is a brilliant technician and was able to get my generator up and running like it was a new unit. I highly recommend Complete Power Resources and Michael to handle any of your standby generator needs. Thank you Michael and Amanda for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.
