  If I could leave no stars, I would. In short, I scheduled a plumber from Mike Scott plumbing and Jose Garzon is who they sent. Jose was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. He advised what needed repaired in the kitchen sink and told us what to buy so he could come back to finish the job. We paid Jose the service/arrival charge of $75 and he said we would not be charged that fee again when he came back out the next day. We bought the items and I called the next morning to have Jose come back to finish the job. Ava, the representative, told me the cost would be $301.00. When I asked what that fee included she stated the $75 service/arrival fee, an hour of labor and parts. I explained that we had paid the $75 fee yesterday to Jose and he told us we would not be charged that again when he returned. Ava said she spoke with the manager and stated "you will pay the $75 fee again, no matter what the plumber told you." Clearly, this company does not stand behind their employees, who are face to face with the customer and doing all the hard work. I will find a company that is honest and stands behind their employees. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

  Joseph and his assistant were PROFESSIONAL from the outset and did a GREAT Job installing the new Rheem Hot Water Heater. They showed up at the specified time and were in and out in a very timely fashion.They took the junk water heater off as well. I didn't need to fool with getting it too the dump. The price was VERY REASONABLE...We couldn't be happier with how great Mike Scott's Service team was... I definitely will use them again and recommend them to all my friends

  My wife and tried Mike Scott plumbing based on a friend's referral and we could not be happier with our experience. Our initial call and estimation of of service provided was clear and concise. Easy to schedule a time and as promised, we were notified that out tech was on the way. Service was efficient complete and very close to estimate. I would refer them to family and friends or anyone who needs fair priced, friendly, professional service!

  We called today and got serviced today!!! Logan arrived with a helper. You don't see many female plumbers and she represented VERY WELL!!! Logan is as efficient, competent, and quick as any plumber I've ever come in contact with. She fixed the problem with the powder room potty so quickly and effortlessly that I had her replace the insides of our masterbath potty as well!!! I felt like she was here to figure out our problem, fix it, and be done! I was not disappointed. We're up and running and I feel like her efficiency actually helped save us money!!! Thanks alot Logan!!!

  EDIT TO ADD: The previous review I left has improved. We were able to get in contact with somebody on this matter and they made things right. The issue was handled with the employee that came out as well as they fully refunded my money. Thank you I have a lift station so it’s not a typical sewage system. I called the number I found on google to let them know I have a lift station and it’s leaking water from the top I needed somebody to come see what was wrong with it. The customer service representative was nice but she did tell me it would be $350 for a pump out I said oh that’s okay if that’s what it needs but I need to see what’s wrong with it. The technician comes out and says he’s just there to pump out my septic that’s it he doesn’t know about lift stations and tells me who I can contact to come back out. I called back and have not heard back. I decide to reach out to another company and they noticed that only a small part of the lift station was drained not my main tank. So I got charged for an incomplete job and no resolution. And they just automatically assumed I needed a pump out when it’s the motor that is messed up and needs to be replaced to drain out the small tank. Will never use them again and use the other company I contacted for any future services
