- ALAnnette LevinsonMar 25, 20261.0Do not buy from this company. I texted them about 1 of their trucks driving recklessly. They cut us off on the highway and needless to say they didn't use their signals. Actually they changed lanes before I95 without signally. The company asked for their truck number after I gave them the time and location of the truck. I never saw their license plate-either it was missing or had too much dirt on it. Instead of saying they would look into the matter, they told me to call the transportation manager. Image if anything went wrong on your order how their customer service would be.
- DMDavid McCabeFeb 24, 20261.0This is a review for the solar divison of Rexel I purchased 6 solar panels from them in November of 2025 and they shipped me 5 one of which was broken when it was put on the pallet. The other 4 were all scracthed up from iimproper handling. The contact at the solar divion is Doug Haag. Doug Haag doen't know what the phrase "customer service" means. It has taken months to get the last panel and instead of issuing me a credit back to my cc I was issued a store credit. The1-800 customer service is also incompetatnt as they claim they can't help and refer me back to Doug Haag who is either inconpetant or doesn't care. Its been a month since I contacted Doug Haag and requested he fix their error and refund my money. No contact and no results. If you want problems order solar supplies from Rexel if not find another supplier. Worst expierience of my life with this company.
