  I had this installed in oct 2024 by Primier Comfort, a complete system and since then Ive had numerous problems. most recent is today 2/1/26. Again, unit shuts itself off and no disply reading on thermostat. Call for emergency service, they say they will contact technician on call....NOONE EVER CALLS, NOONE EVER SHOWS UP!! It's going to be 30 degrees tonight in so. florida and I have asthma. IMO this is a flyby night JOKE company. Shame on me for not choosing a more reputable company. They don't stand by their customers.
