We called Ferguson and their answer was to call Pfister bc they couldn’t help us . We called Pfister and they sent us the cartridge part for free but we were responsible to pay the plumber who charged $225. How that for service ! 😡

Update: still no refund. No follow up by customer service or salesperson. Horrible experience. Warning... Ferguson places an order with build.com and you're at the mercy of a faceless website and poor delivery service. I ordered a toliet in August. Twice I received text messages from delivery service that the toliet was damaged and could not be delivered after waiting at home 3 seperate times. Tried to call my salesperson and was told that they were busy with other customers and couldn't help me until later in the day. I guess i paid so they are on to their next customer vs helping me. Had to cancel plumber two times already and have been without a bath for weeks. Beware before you shop here.

I knew that I was more than likely out of any warranty period, but called my salesman Roy Messnik to confirm. Roy got back to me immediately for the details around my issue.
