He coordinated the project efficiently , lining up the trades to complete the job on time. The work was done extremely well with attention to detail. All of his trades people were friendly and hard working. Neil was present to ensure the work was done in a timely manner and he made sure that my requests and needs were addressed. I was extremely pleased how well Neill communicated with me throughout the project . Neill makes sure that everything is done right and you are happy with your home. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks Neil for making my home beautiful!

Being out of state it’s a huge deal to put all your trust, faith and money in the hands of someone you never met. After doing tons of research online and interviewing Neill over the phone I was confident I found the right guy. From the 1st call to the final walkthrough Neill was involved in every step of the process. He exemplified great communication, set realistic expectations and we worked as a team to meet our goal. It’s never ideal to renovate a home from out of state; however working with Saxton Construction made it a great experience! I would highly recommend his services and am a raving fan of their work! Grateful for Neill and Saxton Construction!! Unfortunately we flooded again due to Hurricane Helene:( This time it was much worse than Hurricane Idalia, 5ft of water. Neill was able to be our boots on the ground again and coordinate the rip out, remediation, and renovation in record time! Excellent communication and went above and beyond to help us like our first experience working with him. I can’t say enough. If you are looking for an excellent contractor, call Neill !

His work was completed on time and came in a little under budget! He communicated directly with me as I was out of town when he did the job. He sent pictures and videos on a timely basis and the work was completed with attention to detail. I would recommend him and his team to anyone interested in building or reconstructing their home.
