- EBE. B.Jan 24, 20231.0Very poor customer service. Hired the company to install two new units on a construction house. The duct work was pourly installed, causing air flow issues. They did not test the units prior to leaving and neither unit had working emergency heat. Both units needed the dip switches set correctly. They over charged the downstairs unit by 14 pounds causing the unit's heat pump not to work. The plenum they made for the downstairs unit is leaking cooled air into the uninsulated garage. The owner refused to correct his work even though it had only been 30 days since the install was completed. I highly recommend you find another company. This company will cost you more money in hiring other companies to fix their shotty work.
