  Regis and his team are among the finest folks that we have ever worked with. They have remodeled three spaces for us over the last 2 years. They first did a complete renovation of a 1600 sq ft condo including opening up the kitchen and raising the ceiling, removing, leveling and replacing all the flooring and two complete bathroom remodels. Not only did the work look amazing but the pricing was very fair. After that he assisted us in turning a mother-in-law studio space into an actual guesthouse that we can use as a rental. He helped design moving the isolated kitchen space to the main living area and transforming the former kitchen space into a private bedroom. Regis and his team also assisted in replacing all the flooring and painting the space from top to bottom, including the ceilings. Another first class renovation bought in at a great overall price. Then disaster hit with last year's hurricanes and our home suffered water intrusion in the new guesthouse, our garage and even throughout multiple areas of our primary home. Regis made rehabbing our home a top priority and had already started on the repairs before any other company had even got back to us with their quotes. They replaced flooring throughout our home, installed and expertly blended new drywall in almost every room and had the friendliest team of painters do a perfect job in making every room look like brand new. We were so impressed with the quality of the work and even more so at how quickly the work was completed so we could move back in. Everything was wrapped up in under 2 months which was especially impressive considering how backed up every other contractor was with these repairs from the hurricane damage. We have recommended his services to our friends and they are currently doing a whole house remodel and staying in the neighborhood that they love instead of trying to buy a newer home in a different area. Because of the age of their home, they are uncovering new unexpected "surprises" each week, but Regis and his team are making quick work of each and every new challenge that comes their way. We can't wait to see the finished project once it is all completed. If you are looking for an incredible contractor, look no further. The work is first class. The pricing is fair, and it is always completed in a timely manner. If we had to describe Regis and his work in three words, they would be: Friendly, Fair and First Class

  I am so glad Glad we used Regis and his project management company! His team is amazing, we loved all of his ideas to be creative with our kitchen remodel, but also worked within our budget...could not recommend them more highly!

We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel with D&E Project Management, led by Regis Schafer, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, Regis and his team were professional, communicative, and meticulous in every detail. Our vision included a spa-like space with a freestanding tub, beautiful custom tile work, and built-in shelving, and D&E delivered all of it flawlessly. The craftsmanship is top-tier—every tile is perfectly placed, the tub is a stunning centerpiece, and the custom shelves add both function and style to the space. Regis offered expert suggestions along the way that made the final result even better than we imagined.   I have been using Regis and his team for a few years now. He is wonderful to work with, very professional and helpful and also gives great suggestions. We did a total remodel of our master bathroom last year and I could not be more happy. I hope to continue to use Regis and his company for many more years to come.
