  Absolutely beautiful homes, the 2 car garages, lagoon views and true backyard living space, unheard of in a townhome community. A taste of paradise in Wesley Chapel. DRB HOMES is definitely has a lot to offer here!

  Kari was amazing to work with. She's friendly, patient, and really knows the community well. I'm IN LOVE with the master bathroom of the abaco? - love how the names are Bahamas islands lol

  The Lagoon Residences at Epperson community is gorgeous. Sakari is so pleasant and helpful! It’s not hard to imagine myself living in any of these beautiful properties.

  From the very beginning, everything has gone smoothly, and I’ve felt well taken care of throughout the process. Kari has been especially wonderful to work with—she’s not only pleasant and approachable, but also incredibly attentive and helpful. She takes the time to answer questions clearly, keeps everything organized, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stand out, and it’s made the entire experience much more comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and look forward to continuing working together.

  Kari was wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain everything and made the process feel really comfortable. HOAs kinda high, but she broke down and with everything it includes it’s worth it. They have custom options, so it’s not those bland sorry cookie cutter homes. I’m in the early stages of looking but DRB seems like a better builder to work with than some of the others in the area
