  I contacted PMI due to a water leak around a second story window. It was leaking all the way into my master bedroom. They came out in a fairly prompt manner to assess and give me an estimate. The representative (Adam Wilson) said he would work on it and get back to me. After four days, I had heard nothing. I called and asked, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that it takes some time. This is not a large job by no means. But to us it was very important because it was raining in our bedroom when it rained outside. Three days after that, a week after he had first come out, I called and asked if I was going to hear something. She stated that he was working on it and that they were very busy. At this point I’ll look elsewhere or do it myself. By no means would i recommend this company for anything. Gary Golob

  Called PMI on 6/15/2023 to do a small job. As of 6/29/2023 the have not called me back with a bid to complete the work.

  This company replaced two gable vents that were no longer made. They did a perfect job. They communicated with us throughout the entire process of having to order the vents, etc. Honest to a point! 10 Stars!

  Due to COVID, No vacation and housebound, we decided to make some home improvements. We called PMI. The BEST call I made in 2020. We started with soffit repair with rotted wood. The job was done beautifully. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I cannot name the workers unfortunately. George did a fantastic job. We then decided on improving our backyard with a patio. Once again, I didnt hesitate to call PMI. The crew that came out was really professional, courteous and did a BANG ON job. The patio is beautiful. Have had many positive comments about our patio. Needless to say with the 6’ distancing, it has been used quite often. Once the patio came to life, we HAD TO add the walkway getting to the patio. PMI again was called. The quality of work performed is incredible. The crews from PMI are always very nice, professional and knowledgable. They arrive on time and premises are left so very clean. We have also had the driveway, back lanai patio washed and sealed with PMI. Oh, and I toilet that my husband tried to put in (unsuccessfully) To the rescue PMI. VERY happy with the quality of their work. They offer competitive rates, high quality products and excellent workmanship. Thank you PMI...we will contact you once again for further projects.   We had a great experience with PMI who was especially responsible to our requests, did exceptional work on a timely basis and a at price that was extremely fair. We would most certainly utilize their services again.
