  I contacted PMI due to a water leak around a second story window. It was leaking all the way into my master bedroom. They came out in a fairly prompt manner to assess and give me an estimate. The representative (Adam Wilson) said he would work on it and get back to me. After four days, I had heard nothing. I called and asked, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that it takes some time. This is not a large job by no means. But to us it was very important because it was raining in our bedroom when it rained outside. Three days after that, a week after he had first come out, I called and asked if I was going to hear something. She stated that he was working on it and that they were very busy. At this point I’ll look elsewhere or do it myself. By no means would i recommend this company for anything. Gary Golob

  Everything was going great until the Hardie siding was getting installed. Communication was smooth, guys on time, respectful... then a avalanche of issues started. 1st issue was the Hardie board was far from level on the bottom and no cut straight on one side of the house( really wavy), after that nail heads were sticking on in alot of spots (anywhere from 1/16 of an in to 1/2 inch). I figured they would come back the next day and finish driving them in, instead the painter showed up and started caulking over them and was upset that I wanted them in all the way he tried telling it would damage the siding if driving in all the way from the hammer( then use a nail punch...) he did a terrible job fixing this and also a terrible job caulking over the nails(extremely terrible) he tried multiple times and would complain about how picky I was. supposedly the company fired him because of the poor work. I gave up on the unlevel boards because of all the excuses they kept throwing at me(all b.s) and was just defeated by this time. They came back the fix the extremely wavy boards while AGAIN complaining the whole time about how picky I am... I was at a point where I just didn't care anymore because of all of the mistreatment and was so stressed that I gave up. A year later the paint came off all the caulking and was tons of white spots everywhere.. I decided to call and try again to see if they would do anything to remedy the situation. I called every day for almost a week( sometimes multiple times)just sp I could speak to Adam and was told after each call he would call me shortly. The mistake I made was explaong the situation to people at pmi and that obviously was a mistake because I never got a call from Adam. Eventually they discussed my situation and decided they would touch up the white spots if I paid for the paint(STILL NO CALL FROM ADAM) and I was informed about this through text message. They showed up I wasn't home but kids mother relayed the concerns. They didn't know she spoke Spanish and as she was telling them the areas the agreed to inspect and started speaking to each other in Spanish about how we don't need to inspect certain areas because they are hard to see. They were white a ghosts when she spoke to the lm in Spanish explaining that she can understand them. I called PMI furious about the situation and talked to the owner and told him I'm done and give up with his company, he told me he will personally come to my house to ensure the job was done correctly this time and I told him that even if they did another poor job I will not call and complain anymore. Sadly after they were done the areas in the backyard is still covered in white spots(just another poor attempt to remedy the situation) I am hiring a different company to repaint the poor job they did and they can't believe the terrible job that was done repeatedly. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.

  Very unprofessional, I made an appointment to get an estimate,the guy came over and took measurements and told me to wait for their email, its been 3 weeks and they never got in touch with me, I even called them to see what whats going on an I couldn’t get an explanation , dont loose your time ! Go somewhere alse
