  I went in to lumbar liquidators and purchase stair treads and risers on 3/10 a week later I called to follow up and was told they have the risers but the original tread shape that I ordered and paid in full for was not available. I then agreed to have them order the treads they had I was told it would be 7-10 days before it was shipped. I followed up once that time had passed and they still had not received any information. On 3/27 I called again and was given a tracking number, about a week after that the items were finally showing delivered. I called them only to be told they had not received everything. While still trying not get upset; I waited , then finally called again. Then to be told specifically by sales associate Deja there was nothing else they could do because they already attempted to reach out and find out where the missing pieces were. This is an order that is over 1300 dollars I have not received a dime of this money back. They are telling me they have half the treads and the risers. I have no desire to do business with a company like this. I tried several times to call and speak with someone from ups but couldn’t because lumbar liquidators are the ones that took my money to purchase the items. I don’t have anything in my possession. No treads, risers or transition pieces. They were quick to close on a sale but are telling me I need to do there job. I reported it to my bank but they must be telling my bank they are still waiting for the remainder of the treads. This is terrible!
