Stay Away. Scam. Took offer for twenty five dollars for a tune up special received in email. Worst decision ever. Technicians came in and told us we needed new motor and control board, estimated cost in the thousands, and wanted full payment up front. Was all a lie, after getting second opinion from Barker A/C. Do not trust.

Worst service ever. No communication whatsoever. I had to call them for any updates. Been a week without heat, was told the part was ordered and on the techs truck. Haha, the part was never ordered from 8 days ago. Appointment was 10-12, then 1-3, I waited until 4pm, got a call from tech and a txt msg at 5:55 pm saying the tech was his way. I can't get in touch with a supervisor. My call was escalated 3 days ago saying the supervisor will call me back 24-48 hrs. I'm still waiting 72 + hours later.

Brian was a super friendly person who was easy to talk to and easy to understand from the moment we met. He fixed our AC system and explained what was going on in a very professional manner. If and when I have more HVAC issues i will be sure Del Air sends Brian. If you want a friendly professional who will take care of you, Brian is your guy! I will stay with Del Air because of technicians like Brian.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had an appointment yesterday and the tech was supposed to arrive between 10 and 12 I was told the technician would call when he was on his way. I rushed home at 10 o’clock to make sure I didn’t miss him. By 12 o’clock no call and no Technician I called Del Air and I was told one of their techs had called in sick and the other tech that was covering for him would be there between 1 and 130 and that he would call when he was on his way. At 1:30 I had not received a call and the technician had not come so I called Del Air back. I was told the tech had to pick up a part at the shop and that he was 20 minutes away from the shop He said he would be calling to let me know he was on his way as soon as he got the part. At 2:30 still no call and no technician so I called Del Air back. I was told the tech was now five minutes from the shop and that he would be calling me within 10 minutes to let me know his estimated time of arrival. At 3:30 still no tech and no phone call. I called Del Air back. I was told that they would reach out to the technician and call me right back. I never received a call back but miraculously at 4 o’clock the technician showed up and completed the job. I could not be more disappointed with the service I received. I would not recommend this company.
