  I have been using DelAir for 3+ years. I’ve had several technicians service my home through this time. Today, I was serviced by a technician named Tavaris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped to educate me on my HVAC system and the importance to maintain this machine inside and outside. When you live in the state of Florida, you realize this machine is something you need to have working at its peak at all times. Tavaris is a master technician who I feel confident to continue to service my home.

  I was extremely impressed with Edward's vast knowledge of the product we were looking for. His recommendations helped us make the decision on what type of unit we would need. He arrived on time and was extremely friendly. We are looking forward to the installation of our new unit in 2 days. Exceptional and we can't say enough. Highly recommend this office of Del-Air for your needs.

  These people are crooks! They try to upsell you on new expensive systems that you do not need. Stay away from them they were sold to a large group that presses its service guys to sell. Multiple guys show up and make it sound like you are in trouble My next door neighbor was told they needed a $23000,00 hvac system while their house id almost new. Buyer Beware!!!

  Honestly, I'm giving it one star because I've heard from two other people who've had the same experience. The technician doesn't seem motivated to do the job; he still gets $100 just for the visit. When the job is simple, he inflates the price or says he simply doesn't have the parts for that device. If you want a repair, contact an independent service provider. If you want to spend thousands of dollars, call them.

  The tech guy was great, professional, and detailed. He did a great job were as the tech before him over charged me and did not give me the right information about what was wrong with my two year old ac unit. The part was under warranty but not the labor, go figure that out on a new system. I'm not happy with the company however the tech did a phenomenal job in spite of. He deserves five stars but the company gets two stars.
