Worst company I’ve worked with . Technicians told me I had no warranty on my unit, and they will have to charged me over 3-$4000 for the job. Or buy a new ac unit from them. My carrier was installed new in 10-2021. I called carrier and was told I have 10yr. warranty expired 2031 on all parts. They both tried to scam me a senior disabled retired person. That’s very bad business practice.They did not even attempt to do anything testing to make sure of their findings or try to repair the unit.

We had an electrical problem with our garage unit short circuiting constantly. Del Air sent out an amazing technician!!
This gentleman had a remarkably calm and highly professional demeanor 👏
Upon task completion when I asked how to reimburse him, he said one of their team members will reach out to the landlord directly to sort out the payment for the hour of work.

My aunt (Lissette Vega) has had no AC since Friday. We were told on Monday that someone from warranty was supposed to call us. No response. I called again this morning, and I was told someone would call. As of now, we have yet to receive a call. I called again this afternoon. A woman answered, stating that she needed to speak to the owner. She then said she was calling my aunt. My aunt called back because she was on a work call, and she was told "she will call back when available". How many more messages and voicemails do we need to leave? I just called with my aunt, and we were told they were transferring me to a manager. The lady on the phone lied to us, stating she was, and we were forwarded to dispatch. The lady at dispatch told me she was not a manager. How is this ok? I was on hold because apparently, there are no managers available. After being on hold and passed back and forth for over 20 minutes, the call was "dropped". This is not OK and not how a business is run. I called back and was told that no one is available after I stated great maybe leaving a google review someone will respond.
