  Brad services the Vero area and I give him 5 stars. Our AC went out and we scheduled an appointment at 6PM and he was there not even 30 minutes later. Fantastic response time. He was very thorough and offered to explain and show us all of the issues with our unit. He is someone that this company should be proud to employ.

  They scheduled an AC inspection appointment in February. A technician arrived, said he didn't handle inspections, and left. They rescheduled me for a month later, from 8 to 12 PM. They arrived at 1 AM and were rude, with unhelpful and poorly communicated technicians. I'm definitely ending the membership and will look for another company.

  My 2 year old air conditioner stopped working of course on a Sunday and the first hot day April 29 2026 I have a service contract I pay Del Air monthly it took 5 hours for Bradley to get to me in Palm Bay he was the only Tech on call for this area I am on oxygen 24/7and caring for a 94 year old mother. Bradley was wonderful he reassured me he will take care of the issue he checked everything and had to replace the capacitor he knew what he was doing plus he calmed me down which helped my breathing and I have cool air again Bradley Thank You

  I called Del Air on Saturday evening. They scheduled a repair at Sunday at 8 o’clock to 12 noon. Bradley called said would be here at 9 AM was here on time very informative. Walked me through everything that had to be done. Schedule a follow up to put in the replacement part that he ordered as soon as possible. Bradley is very knowledgeable and very informative on what the process was going to be. I read his service and knowledge as a five star. Bradley is very caring to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently

  Thomas (Tech) and Adrian (Sales Rep) came to our home for semi-annual cleaning and service of our AC. Thomas was thorough and explained what he was doing. He went the extra mile to clean hidden areas and answered all my questions. Adrian shared options that would benefit our system, but was respectful and not too pushy. In the end, my husband and I decided to finance a home surge protector to not only protect our AC, but all our home appliances and electronics. This was our first interaction with Del-Air after they took over ARS. We felt like it was a positive experience.
