My buyers hired Josh for a new home inspection as I had referred him. His technical skills allowed him to complete his report during the inspection so that he was able to review it with us together and explain the 40 page report ! My buyers were impressed with his detail. We had our report within the hour emailed. Josh is new to Florida but not the industry! While completing his work- he received a couple of calls from his former territory that he had to turn down due to relocation here. It’s a good sign when your vendor continues to get referrals from their work.
