- LMLidia McPhersonFeb 26, 20261.0We got a Generac generator and need it an extension gas line to make it work so we contacted the gas company made an appointment on December 1, the marketing guy JOSHUA told me it would take several weeks to start the job, two months later after calling, email and texting finally they show up and damaged my sprinkler pvc pipes, they forgot to install the meter it was a nightmare dealing with this company. 😡😡😡 Never again

A woman named Lee told me they have "flexible scheduling!" Not, they literally will call 30 minutes prior if they are in your area SOMETIME the DAY they are "scheduled!" Worse customer service I've experienced in a long time. I thought she was having a bad Monday morning, so I tried to be extra polite, and she still was chilly, However, a young man named Eric came out and he couldn't of been more polite and helpful. My rating is for their Customer Service Rep named Lee!
