- JSJoshua SmithOct 4, 20241.0Outside of Brea who was amazing and sold us our home, this whole experience has been absolute trash. The “warranty” does not cover anything. We lost a dryer and 8 led lights during a storm and our shower leaks and dry wall repairs all put in with the warranty company. The only thing they can “fix” under warranty is the shower and it took them 3 weeks to get out and test it 2 weeks to come back and retest and now say the shower is leaking behind the walls which multiple other people have already had this issue and it’s not even been a year for any of us. No one helps they just say nope can’t fix any of those things cause there was a storm and the weather damaged it without even checking it and say you can replace at your own expense and over no info no help and absolute trash service. This has been a horrible experience and a joke of customer service. I do not recommend buying here to anyone and if you do goodluck getting any help or anyone who cares.
