We are VIP customers so we had our unit serviced quickly but still had to pay over $500 labor, parts are under warranty. Our unit is only years old. This is the second major expense in just over a month. Maybe the semiannual inspections should be a little more thorough than they have been. You cannot properly inspect a unit in 15 minutes which happens frequently.

I received a reminder a few days prior, then a phone call from Kevin about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very polite and professional throughout his visit. He identified a UV bulb had burnt out and replaced in immediately. He performed a detailed 84 point tune up, inspection and cleaning of the entire unit, which included disinfecting the inside of the air handler. One of the best parts of the visit was how professional and efficient he was during the entire service. He kept me up to date and informed his entire stay.
