- RORoberta OliverNov 14, 20252.0They do not go by the law. Legally you have 3 days to cancel a contract. I tried to cancel a contract in less than 24 hrs. on 11/13but they all left early. I spoke to Chris on 11/14 @830am. He asked all kinds of questions about why I wanted to cancel. I got a better estimate from someone else & tried to tell me they were ripping me off. I will NEVER do business with them again. They are the ones ripping people off. They are not honest & were telling me I needed things I didn't need. Chris said he was going to talk to the owner about giving me back $500 that I gave the day before which was less than 24 hrs he said he would call be back in a few. It took him 3 hrs to call & tell me the owner would not give me my money back. That money was to order what they needed for my unit. Then he proceeded to tell me that everything was already there. Another LIE they didn't have to order anything. If you want to be lied to,& ripped off call Altman's. They do that well & don't take our community into consideration.

After a phone call from my wife the office manager Chris lied about everything. The last tech who came mentioned warranty after expiration. Altmnas you need to do better. Lying to customers is the worst thing you can do. I will use a new business moving forward. Liar's!!!!
