- KBkaitlin brodyJul 23, 20251.0I wish I could give 0 stars. Please research the issues in this neighborhood as well as with these homes. I’d be happy to share the issues that I’ve experienced as well as neighbors have experienced. Not even one year in and we have structural issues, drainage and grading issues, uncovered code violations, etc. $500k for a house that we can’t even enjoy.
