He went above and beyond since I couldn't be here in person and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase. The sale, building, and closing went very smoothly. He even sent me pictures and videos during the construction. I could not be happier with my new Stanley Martin home. Thank you to Jonathon for being simply amazing.

From start to finish, Jon Smith was an outstanding Sales Manager to work with. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly informative (always available to answer our questions, even on weekends). Jon went above and beyond, walking us through multiple models, sending follow-up pictures and videos, and making sure we had all the information we needed to make the right choice for our family. He also served as an excellent mediator between us and the corporate team, ensuring we reached a fair price that worked for both sides. Since moving in, any warranty claims have been addressed promptly and without pushback, which speaks volumes about the level of care and commitment here. If we had the chance to buy again, we wouldnât hesitate to work with Jon and choose Stanley Martin. Highly recommended!

SM website proudly advertise âWe Do the Right Thing Act with the highest standards of integrity, every dayâ which is completely false. SM has the lowest level of integrity.
