- KLKrista LeebSep 20, 20231.0We called them out in June because our AC stopped blowing cold air. The first time, they saw the freon was low and added some. We had to have them come back out a second time in the same month and the second tech said there was a leak in the evaporator coils. After this month, we went to a different business and they found the outside unit was clogged with dryer lint and causing extra work on our A/C during the worst months of summer. They cleaned it and our energy bills dropped significantly and even though the evaporator coils may have a leak, I would rather trust the business that checks the basics. We wasted over $700 the 2 times Anclote Air had been out and an estimated over $600 wasted on our energy bills the past 3 months. Just be careful if you decide to use this business because I wish I had called Phillip J Mullin Air & Heating from the beginning.
