  Has to be one of my worst experiences ever. I was told 4- 6 weeks for my product to come in and it actually took took 9 weeks. Then when they call me and tell me my product was ready no one could find the product. The manager said oh it’s still getting powdered coated which was a lie that they use. Received a call the next day oh well they didn’t know where to look for your product but it’s here we will deliver it for you. Received my product and noticed it was missing pieces took another week for me to receive my product because once again your gate is in powder coating. No one knows what’s going on in this company. The only time I got a lil justice is when I talked to the owner. So maybe the owner needs to do everything and fire everyone else. Never again !!!! I will go somewhere else before I step foot into Bravo..

  I had my PVC privacy fence installed yesterday. The crew did an amazing job. They even went out of their way to rearrange my flower bed bricks to go around the fence. Every staff member from start to finish was extremely kind, both over the phone and in person. Our sales rep Thomas should be praised as well for his friendliness. Don't go anywhere else but Bravo! Best service and price in town!

  My name is Jennifer Fietsam, and my husband and I are EXTREMELY PLEASED with BRAVO FENCE ... these people were on top of the appointments, they would always call to confirm times and dates ... and they were just all around phenomenal !!! They kept on the same page with us for our HOA because our HOA was having computer glitches, which in turn was adding a bit more waiting time on the starting process for the fence but they were MORE than kind and patient In waiting with us... as soon as HOA approved it, they were out here the very next day and they did everything in a wonderful timely fashion ... everything turned out fantastic ... we couldn’t of asked for a better crew and leader... Thomas was fantastic ! Stefanie, their accountant, she is also fantastic ! Everyone there is just very kind and very easy to work with ! We HIGHLY recommend this company for all your fencing needs ...

  WORST experience ever. Put fence up a week late due to weather that never came, must be checking weather a week before, which is pointless since this is Florida geniuses, even our lawn people come everyweek rain or shine. Had to keep a watchful eye on them because I caught them a few times trying to cut corners. The worst part was they did not bring our gates to enclose my patio for 3 WEEKS, another Building got their fences and gates within 24 hours of each other during this 3 week wait. Very unorganized!!! Just seems like common logic to finish one before you start and finish another. Really wanted to post this so no one else will have to experience thia awful company. Happy hunting, go with a different company.
