  En los años q vivo en los Estados Unidos nunca me senti tan mal mandaron un vendedor q no me explico nada solo me dijo q sin mi esposa no podia hacer ninguna explicaciones practicamente me oblico a cambiar la cita para otro sabado escuchando q la operadora me dicia q podia explicar sin necesidad de estar mi esposa, solo me decia q lo q yo queria era caro. FATAL " me senti discrimido por este señor" Elias Lopez nunca mas lo quiero en mi casa

  Over the past 18 months, I've had a number of contractors performing various repair and upgrades to my home. Many have met my expectations and a number I've questioned why they have a license. By far and without question, reservation or hesitation the crew of Mr. Vicente, Mr. Manuel and Mr. Lisando not only exceeding my expectations, but set the bar for any and all to follow! From their pleasant greeting upon arrival, to showing respect for my home by immediately removing their shoes, to their professional behavior and demeanor throughout the project. Again, by far the best experience I've had throughout this 18 month journey. I would go so far in saying, they truly represent the best one could expect from any craftsman hired to perform a service for you. They MUST be commended by company leadership! If you've made the decision to purchase your windows from Renuity, make sure you specifically ask for, no demand, the crew led by Mr. Vicente to do the installation! p.s. The windows look amazing, and more importantly, the difference is felt!

  I had a fantastic experience with my window installation from start to finish! The sales manager, Alex, was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy to understand. I was on a tight timeline to have this project completed and they did it with excellent communication along the way!! The install team was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and looking great! Shawn, the project manager, came by to inspect after the installation and was very courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend this team!

  Elias is a total professional. He represents the company with excitement passion he’s not high-pressure. He explains everything in full detail and let you ask questions. He was a true gentleman. I look forward to my new project. Can’t wait to give you my final review, but I’m sure it’s gonna be a great one so far the whole company has been amazing. They’ve been all reaching out to me making this a painless project great company highly recommend them.
