  Company failed to deliver what they promised. Did not complete the job as outline and then put a lien on the property when we refused to pay for the full job. We had to pay another plumber to come and finish the work they didn't complete.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scheduled a regular callout for my company for an issue. While they dispatched a technician within an hour or so, no rates were discussed. For a few hours of troubleshooting and replacing a minor component (WHICH DID NOT FIX THE ORIGINAL ISSUE WE FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT) the technician gave us the hand written invoice stating over $1,100 total. Upon doing the math, it was almost strictly labor they were charging us at $245/ hour! My assistant attempted to reach their billing person for 3 days straight with excuses each time as to why that person was not in. Eventually, we threatened to never use them again if they did not want to reconcile the bill for us and they could not care any less. DO NOT give this company your money or business as they are obviously fine with overcharging and underdelivering from front to back. Good luck deciphering the handwritten invoice from the technician, too. -Florida Utility Trailers, Inc.

  BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the "travel charge" wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.
