  Went in to get a few basic items, some to purchase some to rent. Absolutely no clear communication from the sales guy at the desk, or the branch manager and his condescending tone. If this is customer service, do better. Y’all just gave us the run around for an hour.

  I absolutely love HERC and this location specifically! Everyone here has always treated me well and taken good care of us when we’re in need of a rental machine for our business. Great people and wonderful service. Prices have always been very competitive with other rental companies, equipment has always been in great working order and if they tell me something they stick to it. Our sales Rep Andrew Robin goes above and beyond for his customers and when I need ANY rental equipment I will always give them first shot for the reasons above. Thank you HERC Pro Solutions team Tampa!! Yall are awesome!

  Just putting 5 stars because everyone reviewing it and putting bad reviews is disgusting, they only did one bad prank to ross and ross had to worsen it

  Horrible. Will take your money for equipment they don't have on location, force you to drive to another location and then refuse to give you the machine you have already paid for. Guess they just don't like the faces of some people #jercrentals
