  I had the pleasure of meeting with Samuel Moya from Hawkins Service Company when he came out to provide an electrical estimate. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and straightforward. Sam was prompt in delivering the estimate and took the time to follow up with me to address any questions that I may have had, which I greatly appreciated. Hawkins Service Company should be proud to have an employee like Sam representing them. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Hawkins based on this experience.

  Hawkins Service Co has serviced my pool heater in the past, about 10 years ago. Brian White, pool professional, arrived at scheduled time and immediately went into review and diagnostic mode. Plan of action was formulated after providing me his personal recommendations. Work was completed within 1 1/2 hours, short review of functions, payments and he departed. Very efficient, likeable person. I appreciated his expertise without pressure to purchase, etc

  We were notified by the water company that our water was running continuously 24 hours a day… a check of the water meter outside revealed a continuous quick turn of the dial so we called Hawkins to identify and fix the source. Their tech, Ian, arrived and identified that the water loss was not in the house but in the outside irrigation system. He turned off the irrigation line and recommended we call our irrigation company to fix. Since it was not an internal plumbing issue for them to address, they did not charge anything… not even for the visit and assessment! Phenomenal customer service, even though they didn’t make a dime; they will remain number one on my list for any future issues… highly recommended!

  5/5 stars – each star for customer care, product quality, atmosphere, speed, and value. Hawkins Service Co. was professional, efficient, friendly, reliable, and punctual when they fixed my air conditioning. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the AC contractor service quickly. I appreciated the courteous service and the fact that they were ready to handle any emergency AC repair if needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC repair.

  I had my annual plumbing inspection. Jordan was very professional and explained everything so I understood! I appreciate all the explanations and helpful tips of information Jordan provided me on ge eral plumbing maintenance. Not pushy or trying to sway me in any way. It was a very pleasant experience! I was very pleased that Jordan provided me an economical plumbing option to replumbing a jacuzzi tub vs a whole new tub install. Work scheduled to be done the very next day. Jordan came today and did the work on the jacuzzi tub and toilet. He’s very meticulous about his work. He finished repiping my jacuzzi tub and we turned it on. Everything worked well no leaks and then the faucet would not shut off the water. Jordan took it apart and tried troubleshooting it for awhile and then called the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer explained to Jordan that it was a manufacturer defect. It has to be replaced. So I will wait on a new faucet , we know everything works. Much better than a demo and a whole new tub. Very pleased with Jordan’s work. Secondly, the toilet was pulled and we found the flange was cracked. Cracked in multiple places. Jordan had this toilet and flange replaced in no time. Once again, very pleased in Jordan’s work ethics. I will definitely request Jordan on any of my plumbing needs going forward. Hawkins should be very proud to have Jordan as their employee.
