The delivery was a nightmare, they sent the wrong truck, he couldn't back it in, we had to rent a forklift at our expense etc etc. less than 30 days we sent it back as it was awful, more expense, another truck on the wrong day, had to rent ANOTHER fork lift , etc etc and they apologized and removed all charges. We thought "How nice..what a good company despite the issues". Well....a YEAR later they send us a bill for $1200! After speaking to multiple people no one will fix it. Shameful customer service. Pam the last one I talked to was rude, catty and nasty to deal with and the original salesman David Macmillian should be ashamed of himself for LYING multiple times to us and now denying he said the charges would be removed. Of course with it being A YEAR later I do not have the business recorded phone calls and he conveniently never sent me the zero balance invoice I asked for A YEAR ago. Disgusting business practices. Run away
