- BBBrianna BellinatoApr 26, 20251.0If I could leave a -15 star review, I would. I was stuck in the elevator at Heron, had no service b/c I was in between floors. I tried using the help button multiple times to call them and upon getting ahold of someone on the speaker, I was told that I was "in the best place possible" delusional. i spoke with multiple TKE employees insisting on them calling my concierge so they can call our maintenance team or fire dept, as I am in the property management industry myself and know how it goes. they refused to do either and told me their tech was an hour and a Half away meanwhile I know that is isn't even true. They left me for over an hour to get any answers back or even take the time to put in any "service tickets" as when they checked, apparently one was put in over 45 minutes after I initially reached out. If it wasn't for the concierge checking the cameras in the elevator, I would be still stuck waiting on them to "rescue me". This was the worst customer service that I have ever received being that there was NO URGENCY to get me out of a a very scary situation. I'm very annoyed with how this entire situation was handled. I would love to see them placed in the same scenario and be told to wait over 2 hours by yourself as I'm sure the urgency would be completely different. Company is an absolute joke. Furthermore, I have worked at multiple properties as a senior leasing agent and I have seen this happen many times to residents. This customer service is embarrassing and they don't take any accountability nor try to fix a traumatizing experience. I'm disgusted with TKE as many other employers and residents are. I hope they have a fantastic lawyer b/c I'm sure I won't be the last to have to deal with them, since they clearly don't grasp the severity of being stuck in an elevator with a 5-month old puppy, especially when their team shows zero empathy. But I guess common sense and basic human decency were stuck on a different floor.
