  This is the WORST INSTALL I HAVE EVER SEEN! They didn’t hook up my two-stage motor. They put a 5 ton unit in my AC closet instead of a 4 ton unit. I now have to sue them in court and if they want we can go about how they have abused the elderly now because they are trying to take advantage of an elderly man and his elderly wife. Then they did their wiring where the Airflows instead of doing it up above, where it was supposed to be a wire nut . Wired in the blower compartment! Wrong! No heat shield, I have eight items in total that this company completely failed to do furthermore, it wasn’t until I hired a truly professional company to come in and remove their equipment did I find out the extent of how bad they really were. I knew something was up when I couldn’t get a permit from them and they wanted to get paid took three months to get a permit Completely failing! inside and outside did not have the outside tied down Couldn’t get The AC unit on the inside, out of the opening because they put a 5 ton in instead of a 4 ton. I have a laundry list of problems that THEY DID WRONG! I have more photos so how far does this company want to go? I have already hired a attorney. Extremely DISHONEST!!! I can add more to the list!
