  I was referred to this company, and was told nothing but good things. When I scheduled my first appointment for estimate no one showed up. I called the office and was told I didn’t have an appointment. The company scheduled another appointment the following week. I received a Call that the associate was running late. The associate never showed up and when he returned my call, 2 hrs later, he said he came by but no one answered the door. We have projects on going in the house, and he never thought to call when no one answered. Our car was in the drive way and the gate was open. Company doesn’t seem to be worried about work or customer service.

  We had our driveway paved over 10 years ago and we received many compliments on it. The work was done well. We decided to hire Sun Pavers again for the back porch and surrounding area. After a short time, the last row of the new pavers started to separate presenting a big gap. We did not contact them right away, as I was going through some health issues. Finally, when we contacted them, we were told that the 2 year warranty expired but they will be able to correct it for a small amount of a service call. 2 days later, I received a message that they will charge us 400 $ for the fix! Needless to say, this kind of service is not acceptable. The pavers were poorly installed and I would not recommend this company.

  3 months and no quote. I wasted my time for an hour with person from company. Told I would have a quote in a week. Just imagine how poor the service and work would be after I have given them $40K to do my driveway!
