  Do not do business with this company. I spent over $25,000 with them on fences and gates 2 years ago. When it comes to service, they have a very old man (Dave) that’s in charge of that and I don’t know what kind of mental issues he is having, but he is rude & obnoxious, after taking forever to get back with the customer. His own employees will tell you. The owner is allowing this guy to ruin his business. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

  Was a long time customer. Have waited over 2 months for a call back to fix my fence. Called multiple times. Customer service down the toilet.

  Waited 2 weeks for an estimate for a wood fence and a rolling mechanized driveway gate. I had to call them to find out what was happening. Estimator told me they couldn't do the job because their vendors couldn't provide the kind of wood we wanted in the sizes we wanted— treated pine for a 6' fence. The pickets we wanted weren't their standard. At a minimum, wouldn't they want the gate business?
