  Do not do business with this company. I spent over $25,000 with them on fences and gates 2 years ago. When it comes to service, they have a very old man (Dave) that’s in charge of that and I don’t know what kind of mental issues he is having, but he is rude & obnoxious, after taking forever to get back with the customer. His own employees will tell you. The owner is allowing this guy to ruin his business. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

  Had them install a fence about 2 yeara ago. Moved on and wasnt going to write a review until they sent me an email asking to review them. The fence qas poorly installed, spacing was incorrect. And after I asked them to come out, and showed you the measurements they basically said its fine as it is, and stopped responding all together. There were a ton of nails sticking out that I asked to be remove and they only removed maybe half. On top of that the wood is of cheap quality that warped after 6 months, which we had been promised they would be replaced and never were. Even worse sections of the wood fence have become loose after year one and its barely holding on after the last hurricane. Clearly they don't care about the client, only that they got paid and moved on. Forget about whatever warranty was written on the contract they'll ignore that too.

  They built my fence about 2 years ago and we have been through multiple storms and while all my neighbors fences fell during different storms our never did. Durable and stable!

  Has to be one of my worst experiences ever. I was told 4- 6 weeks for my product to come in and it actually took took 9 weeks. Then when they call me and tell me my product was ready no one could find the product. The manager said oh it’s still getting powdered coated which was a lie that they use. Received a call the next day oh well they didn’t know where to look for your product but it’s here we will deliver it for you. Received my product and noticed it was missing pieces took another week for me to receive my product because once again your gate is in powder coating. No one knows what’s going on in this company. The only time I got a lil justice is when I talked to the owner. So maybe the owner needs to do everything and fire everyone else. Never again !!!! I will go somewhere else before I step foot into Bravo..
