  Easier than I expected. Greg S. explained everything in detail. I fully expect the same great results from the installation. I had planned to 'shop around " but no need. Go to Sam's Club and check it out for yourself.

  I attended a local Home Show as I was looking for a company to replace a bay window in my house (the seal on my current window failed where moisture was able to get in & make the window foggy). And to my surprise they could send a sales representative out later that day. Greg was on time and was extremely pleasant to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things thoroughly. He listen and answer all my questions. He also told me what I needed to do with my other windows to protect and prevent future issues with old caulking around the window seals, which I really appreciated as my late husband would typically be in charge of 'house related repairs'. I appreciate the time he took out of his night to speak with me about replacing my bay window and potentially an exterior door at a later date. My overall experience with this company has been great, from Katelyn who I initially spoke with at the home show and Greg the sales representative. Thank you I am looking forward to having the new bay window installed.

  Joseleys and his helper were so professional with the installation of my replacement windows. Before they installed they covered my floors completely. They also covered the furniture in both bedrooms. They were meticulous in their work. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. I love my new windows. It was a flawless job. Joseleys is a true professional. I recommend him to all.

  This company is extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment for yesterday at 6 PM. I received a text message prior to the appointment asking me to confirm it. I replied, and it thanked me for confirming. Since I not only made an appointment, but I also confirmed it as requested, I proceeded to leave work early to be present for my appointment. However, the company did not show up because I “didn’t confirm my appointment”. First of all, yes I did. Second of all, I called YOU to make an appointment for 12/15 at 6 PM. Why wouldn’t I be there? I make appointments for doctors, haircuts, all kinds of things throughout the week - and my job is to show up. And that’s what I was doing when I left work early to go to my 6 PM appointment, but FHIA did not feel it was their job to show up and completely inconvenienced me. Aside from wasting my time, they also affected a loan that I am in the middle of getting. I needed the quote from them in order to obtain the loan to pay for the new windows and doors. The loan officer now has to wait several more weeks for another company to come out since FHIA is incompetent. To add to this mess, when I called them they kept telling me I didn’t confirm my appointment, but I very clearly did which I have text proof of. They also told me they can’t come out anyways because I’m “not the home owner”. That really made me laugh because I do own the home. They kept telling me on the phone “Mam I understand what you’re saying but you don’t own the home” LOL. They said they’re using public record. I said “what public record?? Show me” I texted them a photo of the deed off the true public records website for Pasco County and then the guy on the phone goes “Yes ok I see you own the home”. No kidding!!! Wow
