  We used Brian and his team to create a large master closet in our bedroom. This involved building a wall to close off one end of the room. They took care of everything… Framing, drywall, texturizing, and painting the wall, trim, adding a barn door, and even adding an AC vent. It only took a few days, and every person showed up when they said that they would, which is rare for any service! We also had some built-in bookcases already in the room and they relocated these for us so that we were able to salvage some nice custom furniture and use them in another space. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. They provided high-quality work and service. Our new wall looks like it has always been in that room!

  We worked with Proactive Construction + Design for nearly three years to resolve a very complicated situation involving after-the-fact permits. It was a long road, but they guided us through every step with patience and persistence. They were always responsive, explained things clearly, and helped us understand what to expect along the way. When the process got tough, they kept things moving and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We truly wouldn’t have gotten through this without their help.   Do you want your job done right? Brian, the owner, is very experienced and professional. His crews are fantastic. My husband is in construction and we both cannot believe how lucky we were to have found him, through a friend of ours who had her bathroom remodeled. If you need any kind of remodeling done, this is the company!

  We just did a bath remodel with Proactive Construction and Design. It looks absolutely amazing. I had an old olive (yes I’m aware that’s ancient) tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Brian the owner was amazing. He helped us at every turn. From guiding us to what tiles to go with to even the fixtures. He went to the stores, took pictures and sent to us so I didn’t even have to leave my house. He was here every day checking in and supervising the job. His crew was top notch and very meticulous. We are so pleased with our new shower and how everything turned out. Brian was amazing and working with him was so easy. So grateful we found him.

  Brian and his team recently completed an office renovation where we closed off our former living room with glass doors and added built in cabinetry and desks to make a new office. Brian was extremely helpful through the design process guiding us to make sure we got a functional workspace with quality materials. We ended up changing our mind about some of the cabinetry after the work had started and Brian could not have been more understanding and helpful in making last minute changes to accommodate us. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to design, materials, and was even able to guide us on current design trends. He had a competitive price point with high quality work and highly recommend working with this company.
