  I hired Perfect Choice Flooring to replace the carpet in my bedroom with tile. The experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. After paying a 50% deposit on July 10, I was told I would be scheduled immediately. That didn’t happen. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a start date. Communication was poor and unprofessional, with broken promises and missed callbacks. The crew finally arrived on July 29. The tile was installed with an extremely thin grout line—something I was never asked to approve but chose to accept. They said they would return the next day to grout and then come back the following day to move the heavy furniture back, which was the agreement I had in place with their representative. Instead, they grouted the next day and replaced the furniture less than an hour later, ignoring the recommended 24-hour grout curing time. When I called the project manager, his dismissive response was, “What do you want them to do?” The crew came back to remove the furniture, clearly annoyed, and became argumentative and disrespectful in my home. One even said they used a thin grout line specifically so they could move the furniture sooner. Later, I was contacted by someone in management, Jonny Sibrian, whose tone was equally rude and condescending. I explained I was arranging a third-party inspection to ensure the tile wasn’t damaged due to rushed furniture placement or the use of vinegar (an acidic cleaner that can harm uncured grout). Instead of understanding, he accused me—twice—of trying to avoid paying my bill and even made a veiled threat. I’ve always paid for quality work, and I fully intend to pay the balance if the job passes inspection. But the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect I experienced with this company were unacceptable. I would not recommend Perfect Choice Flooring to others based on how I was treated.

  We had some poorly installed carpet by our builder that had loads of buckles in the carpet. The builder sent someone to fix it and they did nothing to improve it. The guys at perfect choice actually made our carpet the way it should have looked. It looks great. I wish I called them earlier. Editing to add that this process was so much easier and faster than I thought.

  We got our floor done about 2-3 months ago and paid a good amount of money for them as well. When the supplie came we noticed that the stair lip was a different color than the rest of the stair and flooring. Immediately contacted them before installation. They came a few weeks later to install the floor and of course the difference was noticeable. Its been more than a month and all we have got are excuses and the run around about how its a manufacturer issue. Me personally I would not recommend this company to anyone else based on how things are being handled by them. We have been nothing but patient with them and its beyond upsetting that we paid so much money to have the wrong product installed. Even worse that the installers even mentioned that they told their bosses it was the wrong color and they were still sent to do the job.

  Huge thanks to Perfect Choice Flooring! Our subfloor was really uneven, but they did an amazing job making everything level and smooth. Shoutout to Saul (our project manager) for keeping us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  Had floors installed in 2022. Only a few months later the floors started to lift at end joints in kitchen. After contacting them they advised we must have a leak and they sent out an inspector. The inspector did not conclude a leak but “more moisture” than industry standards in the kitchen only. The report actually says all other areas were well below industry standards for moisture. We were then told by this flooring company that we have excessive moisture and they would do nothing for us. We mentioned a lawyer because we were so upset after spending so much money. Our first upgrade to our home. And they said “go ahead”. We didn’t pursue that route and here we are in 2025 and the floors are coming up EVERYWHERE. We literally have clear duct tape all over as the boards are coming up and scratch our feet. Definitely do not recommend this company.
