  Our technician Sal arrived promptly to my house for our appointment and was very chill and professional when answering all questions. He gave me high confidence that our problem with our wiring in our shed was resolved, answered all of our questions, and was extremely nice and attentive to my questions throughout the entire process. Would definitely use their service again!!

  We hired Mr. Sparky to fix issues. They were left by a brand new installation of an AC from a different company. these were the two most friendliest guys that I’ve ever hired to do any work in my home. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great electrician.

  If I could give more stars I would!! Cameron Wilson came out to our home on a Sunday to hookup the electrical for our new hot tub. We realized that the breaker we currently had didn't have the correct amperage that we needed, but thankfully Cameron was able to run to his shop and get everything required for the repair, this included running a new line to the hot tub and burying the line underground. Cameron showed up at 3pm and didn’t leave our house until 10pm!! He was very knowledgeable, and made sure he explained everything in full detail on what was needed, and any problems that arose. We ended up needing an additional GFCI breaker replaced for an issue we were having inside the house. He took care of this as well. Cameron wasn’t able to complete the added GFCI replacement until the next morning but he was at our house at 8:30 am the next morning working hard to get everything complete. Day 2 at the house went by fast and all was working well… until our daughter turned on the lights in the kitchen. All the lights that were attached to the new GFCI breaker were causing the breaker to trip again. At this point it was late and I messaged Cameron and he advised he would be back in the morning to check it out. The next morning (day3) Cameron was at our house bright and early to look into why the lights were tripping the breaker. He said on the phone before arriving he had an idea on what it could be. Because when he replaced the GFCI the second day he found that the reason why that breaker wasn’t working was at some point a previous electrician illegally bypassed the breaker. They cut the neutral wire off the breaker probably because it was tripping and instead of finding the issue they just bypassed it. Cameron went through and checked all the outlets and lights in the living room, dining room, and kitchen and had everything fixed within an hour!!! The issue was some lights were not connected properly and the ground wire was connected with another wire it shouldn’t have been causing everything to trip (hence why they bypassed it). Did I mention he came back at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! To say that I am happy with their work is an understatement!! If we ever need an electrician again we will be calling Mr. Sparky and will request Cameron! I really can’t thank you enough for all of your time and attention to detail! Highly recommended!!!

  MrSparky responded immediately with needed service.: I could not believe how quickly they were available and promptly responded. Good communication with texting to introduce service people and arrival time. Good explanation of what needed done. They were able to complete the job in one afternoon. Kudos to Alex and Nick.

  I called on Mr Sparky because one of my employees damaged their doorbell transformer. The process was nice and smooth, I got a call with an ETA, great. The tech onsite told me it was going to be $165 for a transformer replacement. Still going good. I received the invoice the next day for $400+ dollars because the doorbell chime was bad as well. My invoice stated $339 for a doorbell chime, no this is not a super fancy doorbell chime. It is a bare bones chime you can get for $15 at any hardware store. I DID indeed tell the technician to do whatever possible to get this customer back up and running, but I feel the situation was taken advantage of. I called Mr Sparky and spoke to TJ who was very polite about the whole ordeal. I inquired about why this $15 part was inflated at such a high price $339. He explained to me that Mr Sparky is about getting the job done right there and then same day, and less about having competitive prices. Due to all of this, my company will never use Mr Sparky and I will make sure my employees and customers know that Mr Sparky is more about same day service than they are about giving their customers fair pricing.
