Very friendly and efficient. Explained everything as he went. Unfortunately my problem wasn't resolved (appliance malfunction) but now I have back up for the warranty. Thank you Jake for all your help and your hard work. Thank you Mr Sparky for having such great employees

Curtis came in and made sure everything was safe He secured the fan boxes and replaced everything that wasn’t up to code Brought his own vacuum cleaned up after the work was completed. Very friendly and accommodating. I would have Curtis again to do work.

I had an issue with my fan not turning on so the electrician came and fixed the issue for 400 dollars. AS SOON AS HE LEFT I tried to starts my dryer in the laundry room and all of a sudden it wasn’t working. Tried to have them come back out but the time gaps are wide and I can’t afford to keep calling off of work. So I called another company and they fixed the issue with my dryer and made sure all of my outlets and things worked before they left. They fixed one issue and caused another smh. What a waste of money!
