  It took a couple of tries to make contact but once I got in touch with Frank, he connected me with Jacob who came within the hour to assess the situation since it was on the way. I can tell from a conversation with Jacob that he has a lot of knowledge in the roofing trade and they gave me the best price for a foolproof method to avoid future damage to the plumbing vent pipe as a result of squirrels that like to chew off the lead. Unfortunately due to miscommunication with another group who had already purchased the supplies, I couldn't have Larry Miller Inc work on my roof. In the future, I will not need to ask multiple companies and will come directly to Larry Miller Inc. They were also the company recommended by an independent inspector for their integrity and quality of work.

  These guys came highly recommended when we purchased our home and we needed to replace the roof for insurance purposes, and they did not disappoint. Franco was responsive, professional, and spent a ton of time answering my questions. They were fast and thorough at cleaning up the mess (something I never even considered until I saw them with all their metal detectors and such)! They even came back when we had an issue with the gutter to make sure they flowed properly. Definitely a great local service with nice people who care about their clients.

  Larry Miller Roofing is the best roofing company I have had for asphalt shingle replacement. Removal of existing old roof, replacement of all damaged wood, and dry in was all performed quickly. New layers were installed the next day, and site was left in pristine condition, no loose nails or pieces left after work was completed. I highly recommend Larry Miller Roofing, staff and crew are very professional, communication was thorough and clear all the way through the process, no surprises.

  In tackling my roof replacement I reached out to friends as to who they used and one neighbor gave me Larry Miller contact info. I obtained four quotes from various companies. Some companies/people were easier to deal with, and Franco was definitely one of them. He was very responsive to my many questions and explained details I was not familiar with. Very pleasant to interact with, so an added bonus! The first roofer was at my house as I left for work and he waved at me with a smile and said "I'm going to be working on your roof". They finished the roof in 2 days so I was pleasantly surprised. There was no debris or nails to be found in my driveway/yard/street, so great cleanup as well. Roof looks great! Highly recommend using LMI!
