It took a couple of tries to make contact but once I got in touch with Frank, he connected me with Jacob who came within the hour to assess the situation since it was on the way.
I can tell from a conversation with Jacob that he has a lot of knowledge in the roofing trade and they gave me the best price for a foolproof method to avoid future damage to the plumbing vent pipe as a result of squirrels that like to chew off the lead.
Unfortunately due to miscommunication with another group who had already purchased the supplies, I couldn't have Larry Miller Inc work on my roof. In the future, I will not need to ask multiple companies and will come directly to Larry Miller Inc. They were also the company recommended by an independent inspector for their integrity and quality of work.

My husband I had our roof done by this company in 2023. In October 2024 we experienced a few areas of leaking and asked them to come take a look at that time. It is now May 2025 and we have not had the issue fully resolved. We have been very patient and limited our contact as to not be pesty, but at 7 months and so many run around we are fed up. We have been told several times they were coming the next day and have moved our schedules around to accommodate them, but they do not show. I even had an employee ask ME to text him on a Monday morning to remind him to come out that week, which I gladly did because it took 30 seconds out of my day. He STILL did not show up and we have moved on to another company at this time which we now have to pay to resolve the remaining issues. ** I have to add a Guillermo (I think?) came to fix one part of it around the 4 month mark and he was very kind and efficient.

Had to leave a review about the quality work done by Jake from Larry Miller Roofing inc. I've had two separate roof jobs done and both times Jake resolved my leaks and roof issue. Additionally, he stayed in touch over his inspection and conclusion where my roof issues were including providing pictures of my leak origin. Don't go to any other company. You won't get the quality service that Jake provided me from Larry Miller Inc Roofing...

Wonderful experience. State Farm insurance was going to drop the coverage on the house. Miller roofing had came out for a roof inspection. Signing off on it. Agreeing that the roof is not ready for replacement. That was very honest of miller roofing. Not out just to get another roofing job under their belt.
