  I had a great experience with Alejandro from Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. He repaired two toilets and installed the water line to my new refrigerator after the delivery team refused to connect it due to the existing plastic line. Alejandro truly went the extra mile; he cut down the long, pre-existing bolts on one of the toilets that were sticking up on both sides and even found covers to finish it off properly. He took photos throughout the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and was extremely professional and detail-oriented. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and someone I’d absolutely call again. Highly recommended.

  Barbaro is my technician from Home Therapy. This is the second time he has serviced my a.c. He is very thorough and takes his time to do everything right and with care. He shows great respect for your property and I am impressed on what a good job he does servicing my a.c. Home Therapy is a very good company to work with .

  The Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing team did an excellent job when I needed my water heater replaced. Their price is very reasonable, the quality of the work is excellent and the technician very friendly, professional and detail oriented. I'd recommend them any time.

  Told them my system works for a few hours after I reset it, then stops, so Ive been resetting it every few hours. So of course they reset it and tell me it’s good to go and charge me $250 (because that’s the lowest he can charge)and exactly nothing changed. Said just let us know if it didn’t work and now no reply. Now I remember why I stopped using them years ago.

  I’ve been here in Brandon since the 1970s. In that time, I have used a lot of different air-conditioning companies. In the last 20 years I’ve had five different companies. Including my neighbor across the street. I’ve let some go because they were not responsive, I’ve let a couple go because they were too expensive and treated every service call as a chance to upsell, upsell, upsell. And of course, some just disappeared. That’s annoying. This company seems different. I found them by calling the Air-Conditioning manufacturer Daiken and asking them what companies in my area have they vetted to work on their equipment. And I picked AC therapy from that list. Without going into so much detail that this gets too long to read, AC therapy came in very reasonable on the cost especially since their Price quote included blow in insulation and a smart thermometer which the other companies were not offering Their installation crew was top-notch, the quality of work has so far seemed quite good , and their attention to customer service is just right. By just right, I mean they contact you About your appointments and their crew’s work, but not a lot otherwise. I’m really appreciative of a company that says what it’ll do and then does what it says it would. At a fair price with a low hassle point. Last thing. Seeing how most trades people these days Have sent a text asking for a review before their technician has even pulled out of the driveway to leave, I had their technicians give me their names so I could make sure they got a proper shout out when that review request came in. They never requested a review, Which I found refreshing, but in this case a little disappointing because I wanted to give that shout out. I hope this helps. They’re a good group of seemingly sincere people and the Prices and workmanship speak for themselves. Use them. and I’ve included that note I wrote containing the technician’s name. Let this be their shout out.
