  I called Hawkins Service Company. 30 minutes later. A plumber responded. Ian. I can't say enough wonderful things about this man. I had a faucet disaster in my bathroom. He fixed it. I also needed a new toilet in the main bathroom. And he replaced it. And took away the old one. Very courteous, and personable. Also, before he came into my home. As a courtesy to me. He put on those protective booties over his work boots as not to make a mess I also found the pricing very reasonable. . Five stars. Thank you Ian. And thank you Hawkins service Company. In the future. I will call you first. For all my plumbing needs. Richard G.

  Have had a great experience with Hawkins overall. Their techs are friendly and super knowledgeable every time they come out. This last time they came out, their tech was Jordan Diaz and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and super professional. He was able to point my wife and I to several Issues that needed fixing and in the future, we’re gonna ask Hawkins to send Jordan back out to address them. Their maintenance plan is good preventative maintenance and techs like Jordan make it worth it.

  Johann Martinez was absolutely wonderful. Hec ame out to give me a quote for installing a camera in my backyard and adding a backyard outlet and also installing a fixture over my island I have been procrastinating for three years. He was amazing to work with and I am so impressed with how everything looks! I am so thankful to Hawkins for coming out so quickly and for the great work that Johann did! THANK YOU!

  My techs name was Daniel. He was on time, professional, friendly, courteous, and gave me straightforward answers. Service was great, even though it led to bad news (LOL). But I would definitely hire them again. Daniel did a great job! Update: I had 2 additional techs come out to further assess and fix my sewer line issue. Blake and John. All in all I’m very happy with the service and the follow up and documentation. They all did a great job to address my issue urgently and professionally

  Blake was very helpful and understanding, he was compassionate around my financial circumstances and quickly responded with a viable solution. He was very professional and courteous in spite of my clear frustration, and I appreciate his kindness and help greatly. This is very precarious time for Senior Citizens, and yet his concern was in my best interest and I am so very grateful, which is why I did not even consider comparing another company or getting other opinions. I trusted him after he explained the situation and worked with me with such concern around my needs and my budget. He is top shelf! Daniel was equally helpful and professional. He called Blake and asked for his assistance to demonstrate the problem with the pipes under the ground outside and under the house; he explained what he believed was the problem and he also cleared up the current issue to the best possible solution. He was very understanding, as I was frustrated and upset with the cost that I have continued to incur. I appreciate his understanding and remedy, working with me and for me with the understanding he demonstrated. He, too, is top shelf!
