Disastrous. We’re account members. They showed up at 2 pm after we scheduled a window of arrival between 10 am- 12 PM.
They had three filters to change out, they changed one and told us they had to leave. Didn’t finish the job asked us to sign things and we told them they weren’t done and they left anyway.
Wasn’t their first time here they knew what they should’ve done. They didn’t do it. They left us hanging damaging, possibly our system because they were scheduled for regular maintenance.

I want to highlight the great work of technician Alvino McGeecan. Alvino was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure the work was completed properly. His service alone deserves high praise.
My only concern was with the company’s scheduling system and communication, which could definitely use improvement. The issue was not related to Alvino at all — he was outstanding and handled everything with professionalism despite the scheduling challenges.
Overall, I truly appreciate Alvino’s work and hope the company continues to support technicians like him by improving their scheduling and communication processes.

Shirley and Tyrell came to our house today for my Del Air 6 month check up. They were professional and showed up in the agreed upon window. They asked if my system had any issues. I mentioned that the day before I noticed water leaking from the AC unit inside the garage. They went through their maintenance checklist and after a thorough diagnosis they found a valve wasn’t working correctly and too much Freon was being released causing too much condensation and hence the leak. Shirley and Tyrell gave me options on the repair and associated costs. Keep up the great work and they both deserve a raise!

We have had issues previously with Simpson Air (now Del-Air), so we weren’t fans of Del-Air to begin with. However, we already knew the blower motor on the air handler needed to be replaced and had another company lined up to replace the blower motor. However, when we confirmed with the Del-Air office that the unit was still under warranty and it covered parts, not labor (which was fine), we went ahead and scheduled the service call.
The window for the service call was between noon and 2 PM. At 2:15 we called the office to check status and they just told us we needed to wait until we get a tax 45 minutes prior to them arriving. Service technician was nice and professional but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. Once they completed the assessment the service technician contradicted the information the office had told us earlier in the morning and told us that it wasn’t under warranty. This was a whole day and a service call wasted. It is for this and other reasons that I would encourage others to avoid Del-Air. I do not trust these guys.

Installation of a completely new Lennox cooling and heating system. Two technicians arrived at their appointment at 9:00AM and finished a very clean job just minutes ago at 4:00PM. They removed the old units inside and outside of the house including a new smart thermostat we can access from our phones. They walked us through client maintenance of filter changes, connecting our new thermostat to our WIFI and inputting all the Lennox id's into our cell phones and advising on how to access our system remotely.They also coached my wife and I how to program most efficient settings for our home.
