  Kyle and Jonathan arrived on time for our appointment for our plumbing assessment and to repair our garbage disposal. Kyle flushed our water heater and worked on our garbage disposal. Kyle and Jonathan were professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and took care to be neat and clean. I will call Kyle back for any future plumbing work needed.

  I have been a customer of Del Air for over 25 years and they provide professional, fast service. They have very polite and knowledgeable associates, today Billy was the one sent out to deal with an issue. He was considerate, very pleasant and of course professional. Highly recommend them!

  We received two visits from Kyle over the last few months and are extremely happy with the service he provided on both occasions. He quickly addressed our plumbing concerns and went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction before the end of the visit. He was incredibly courteous and professional. Kyle took the time to thoroughly explain the root of the issues so that we understood what did and did not need to be done to fix them. We felt like we could fully trust his assessment as an honest one. We will definitely be calling upon Del-Air and Kyle if we ever run into issues in the future.

  I couldn’t be more impressed with the service Kyle provided. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. I had a garbage disposal that needed replacing and some plumbing issues with my toilet. Not only did Kyle show up on time, but he also took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. The garbage disposal installation was quick, and everything is working perfectly now. As for the toilet plumbing, Kyle fixed the issue efficiently, ensuring there were no leaks and that everything was up to code. The work was clean, precise, and done to the highest standard. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and attention to detail he provided. It's clear that Kyle values his customers, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. I’ll definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service! Thank you Kyle, you’ve earned a lifelong customer!

  BE..WARE!!!!!! I hope I read this thoroughly and really take this into consideration. So I made an appointment on Saturday the 8th for someone to come out to look at my Hot Water tank that was leaking like crazy. They confirmed the appointment for Sunday the 8th between 8-10... So 10 O'clock came and No Show!!! I called and was instructed that Xavier was running late and will call once on his way!! First someone should of called and told me!! I'm in the service industry and I promise you I would of called my appointment if I was running late!!! So then after the confirmation,,,I mean 5 minutes later I got a text saying they have to reschedule cause there isn't a plumber available!!!!! First How Rude, Inconsiderate, especially after I just got off phone with you!!! I have an emergency and you completely screwed me. If you could of just said this Saturday!!!! So up coming individuals looking for there service call someone else they do not care about a customer for nothing and will leave you out to dry!!!! Yes I'm in a service industry and my company would NEVER provide service like you guy's.... I'm gonna leave one star just so you get the the one star credit on your Google account. Thank you for your HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Yes I'm Mad!!!!
