- CCCesar Parra CastroJul 23, 20201.0Good afternoon, truck driver and I get to unload and I meet a person who is responsible for receiving the loads, he speaks with a bad attitude, he unloads the trucks that arrive after me, he makes me enter and he goes to rest and tells me that the next one is me for my side at least 5 to 6 times he looks at me and laughs this man could leave that position to a person who wants the position and gives a better image to the company (Builders First Source), Thanks
- WBWilliam BakerOct 19, 20161.0If you get windows or anything like that from Pro Build you will have a very hard time getting it fixed under warranty. The person that takes care of warranty is Holly. We tried for a month trying to get a call back from her. We left voice mail messages on her line. And we had enough we call and talked to store manger. It got her to call right away. Now the windows are ready to be installed. We missed her call and now again 1 1/2 weeks later still can't get her to call back. We just called Store Manger Shawn to tell him again we are having problems just as before. Buy from some where else! Not that good of windows for a $650,000 dollar house and all the windows of this type in my house the seal broke. Now they even want us to pay for them to be installed.
