  Very bad experience with these people...experiences below are in a commercial setting where the overhead door opening is used daily for business: 1. door cables and limits were not installed properly 2. door came crashing down, just about killed a child, and was wedged in the closed position without the ability to open 3. made a service call, was told that warranty service calls were 3-5 business days out and to come out sooner was subject to an additional cost to expedite (how can this be considered acceptable in a commercial environment?) 4. they came out at 6:45 am the next day (good on them) and fixed their bad installation 5. the service ticket says that it was "user error due to customer holding the down button too long" (what???) 6. when I questioned the invoice, service mgr said he would review and get back to me...this went on several times. 7. after not hearing back from them, i received a collections notice in the mail for the full amount of the invoice 8. they are not willing to accept their fault in the original installation, and are charging to fix it. NOTE: the service mgr was very responsive and i feel he did all that he could, so this is not a knock on him. The majority of the install is fine...the problem was simply a couple of set screws that did not get tightened, and the limits were not set correctly. The problem is that they avoided all responsibility for their mistakes. The issues we had all took place within two months of the original installation. We will not be using them again, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
