  The guys at Alvarez did an unbelievable job at my house! It was supposed to take one day but ended up taking 3 days of non stop work due to unexpected complications. They did not charge any extra and showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and even stopped by a day after to put a finishing touch. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

  I had a great experience with Alvarez Plumbing. Joe, the sales manager who came out, was professional, straightforward, and made the whole process easy to understand. The pricing was great, and I felt confident moving forward. Ian and Ronnie were the technicians who handled the service, and they did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional, respectful of my home, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The work was done efficiently and correctly from start to finish. Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing for anyone needing reliable, professional service.

  Our community association uses Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioning, so I decided to start using them for my personal home as well and I’m so glad I did. Every technician I’ve met has taken the time to thoroughly explain how everything works, what maintenance I’m responsible for as a homeowner, and what to expect in the repair or replacement process. They never rush, and they never make me feel pressured or confused. My previous plumbing technician, Joseph, was extremely kind and informative. Today, Bill provided a courtesy plumbing inspection at my home and was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian during an AC inspection, and I really appreciated his approach to educating me about how my AC system works. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers understand their home systems. One day, I happened to have both plumbing and AC service scheduled at the same time. Both employees knew one another, and it was refreshing to see that kind of camaraderie. It really shows that Alvarez has that genuine “mom and pop” feel. This company clearly values its employees and its customers. They are honest about pricing, transparent about their recommendations, and they don’t take advantage of homeowners which is rare and refreshing. Ricardo in the front office is always courteous and professional, and I truly appreciate everyone at Alvarez. I highly recommend them for both commercial and residential needs!

  I had a new A/C system installed by James W & Axiel C and they did a great job. In having systems installed prior these two techs far surpassed any workmanship prior. These did a great install, took their time, paid attention to detail and deserve a top rating. At this point I totally recommend Alvarez A/C.

  Jacob F. was recommended by a neighbor. He was an excellent HVAC technician; Explained everything he was doing. Fixed an issue another company was going to charge me almost $600 to fix. Checked out my whole HVAC system and made recommendations that were reasonable. Jacob was extremely courteous and personable! Pricing was very reasonable. He is a credit to the company.
