  There was a small oil leak from the piston seal on one of wheel loaders(L45H) cylinder. A technician came and replaced the seal. I noticed he didn't have brake cleaner, hydraulic oil, or sufficient equipment with him.He didnt add any oil. Twenty minutes after he left, the piston was suspended in mid-air. We couldn't lower the excavator. (loader).I realized the problem was that the technician hadn't cleaned the system properly and had let sand from the wheel loader into the system, clogging the hydraulic valve. We called the technician back. He cleaned the spring inside the two-way valve. The system started working again. When the invoice arrived, they had charged for labor for a problem caused by their own fault. I called Alta Equipment Company. Someone who introduced himself as a manager told me he wouldn't help me with this. A day later, the oil where the hose connected to the piston that the technician had resealed was leaking. I saw it leaking. The problem looks like an over tide and the connector thread is stripped. I called Alta Company again and explained the situation. They said it wasn't their concern. Everything started with a reseal. i hav to a one-day rental wheel loader. labor costs for their mistake, and now I have to repair the piston hose myself. This is not business. If someone else can fix your wheel loader or oil change, stay away from this company. I don't plan on calling them again and I've found someone else for the repair part. They do their job better.
